Apparently I am now entering my 13th year of tweeting (and if you haven’t joined the unending pleasure of my Twitter feed, please click here). What’s cool is how geographically diverse my followers are: over 30% outside the U.S.!
After all these years, I remain complete un-savvy about the ways to get tons of followers. I think most people basically auto-follow as many as they can and gather up all kinds of followers who actually have no idea who they are (I suspect this is true because pimple-faced high schoolers often have more followers than I do ).
I’m weird in that I must have one of the tiniest Following to Followers ratios ever (10 to 20,200). I hardly listen to anyone, which I guess explains a lot.
