One huge winner today is Google (umm, Alphabet) which has roared above its resistance and is at lifetime highs.

There are very few short ideas I mentioned more often over the years than CBL & Associates, due to its sensational analog pattern. I think I did about a dozen posts in total, such as this one. Now that it has declared bankruptcy, and stopped trading at nine pennies a share, I think we can bid this chart a fond farewell and put it in the Hall of Fame for analogs.
Proposition!
As “blue” a reputation as California has, I can tell you as a person fairly well acquainted with the state propositions, the results are quite conservative, in the classic GOP sense. The voters said NO to race-based hiring decisions, NO to dropping the voting age, NO to rent control, and NO to meddling with dialysis clinics.
