Some folks here may be aware that I like old maps, and I have a small collection of them. I stumbled upon this cool representation today of what the ancient supercontinent Pangea would resemble if we assigned the modern-day political boundaries to it.
Of course, Pangea didn’t look anything like the representation above, with respect to land and sea. Here is one conjecture about the world a quarter billion years ago, when tourism would have been much easier and not necessarily required air travel.
