For the bond fund TLT, keep an eye on 96.89. That’s the level of the price gap. If we stay below it, and weaken away from it, that could be a heads-up that equities aren’t going to go up every single day forever anymore. Just sayin’.

Same old same old: the market shows some after-hours weakness and vulnerability, and by the time a new day rolls around, it has healed itself right up, ready for worry-free multiple expansion. (The latest excuse, which I’m seeing everywhere, is along the lines of “Apple and Tesla have been getting killed; just wait until they stop getting killed!”)
It’s heartening to see this dreadful airline, which charges you extra just for breathing the fetid cabin air, is heading for the toilet. The name is Spirit Airlines, and the oh-so-ironic ticker symbol is SAVE.
