Here’s a fun clip from a program I watched as a kid, Wall Street Week. This was recorded the Friday before Black Monday in 1987. The panelists, naturally, all speak of how the bull market isn’t over. Indeed, Martin Zweig expected “a violent rally early next week” (which he totally nailed, except for the rally part). In any case, some things never change, particularly when it comes to Wall Street shills endlessly telling the people to just buy, buy, buy.
