This diagram shows the years (some of which have already passed) in which various countries will reach their peak population and start shrinking. Sadly, the U.S. is slated to keep getting more crowded for the rest of our lives. I envy Korea, which will enjoy ever-shortening queues, quieter restaurants, and more pleasant parks devoid of humans.
