Since Europe has been in some kind of state of war since the Triassic Period of Earth’s history, here’s an interesting map showing how willing the present-day citizens are to fight for their country. Finland, at 74%, seems to be the most willing (and that long border with Russia might have something to do with it).
The least-willing? Belgium, particularly………Flanders:
