It would seem improper to let this day go by without acknowledging my sadness at the murder of Charlie Kirk today, shown here with his lovely bride.

It’s been interesting seeing United Healthcare (UNH) stage a massive counter-trend recover in recent weeks. I think it’s just about done (if not, the max rise would be, I believe, the gap closure).

Here’s quite a divergence: the concept of the ideal number of children to have, and the actual number of child folks are having. (Of course, the folks society LEAST wants to reproduce are having gazillions of brats, whereas those best able to support for them, care for them, and teach them strong values, have maybe one or zero).
