I haven’t done one of my “here’s what you can get in Palo Alto” posts, so let’s do a quick one. Go ahead and drink in the grandeur of the abode below which, as the post title suggests, is on a street called Green Manor. Keep in mind, this is a professional photo done by a real estate firm that wants to sell the house.
There are ostensibly three “bedrooms”, although some more corpulent citizens might not be able to fit. The one bathroom provided is a cavernous four feet eleven inches wide.
As a bonus, you get to enjoy the company of neighbors.
How much for these 950 square feet of luxury? Allow me!
I think that would yield a monthly payment of something like $20,000 per month, plus the $27,000 of property taxes year after year.
