This graph makes a lot of sense: if you want your flight to leave on time, pick an early one! As the day wears on, stuff happens, and that stuff piles up into increasingly bad delays.

I’ve written about the Varsity Blues scandal many times, but I never followed up to find out if the slimy, greedy criminal Rick Singer got thrown into prison. Well, I’m pleased to report that he did, although I wish it was 35 years instead of 3.5……..

There are about 8.2 billion humans on this planet, which is probably about 8.2 billion too many, but let’s set that aside. It takes a fertility rate of 2.1 to flatline that level, and we are moving from an era of grotesquely large numbers of new humans to a dying, shrinking world (particularly in the well-educated, prosperous places; impoverished shitholes are cranking out LOADS of babies still).
