Well, the ostensibly important CPE came out, and its boring prediction of 0.1 was matched by the reported number of 0.1. Whatever. Let’s move on to the debate blowback, which is epic, starting off with the stock I did a post about yesterday which I thought might be one worth watching……..
Well, the debate is over, and my quick take is that Trump trounced Biden. The current President looked confused, decrepit, and lost, while Trump seemed relatively sharp, on-point, and in control. One look at the betting markets seems to align with my impression.
I suspect the symbol DJT will be quite interesting to watch on Friday, after folks have had time to digest the debate.
