The One Graph Left to Break
There's one and only one worrisome chart I saw this morning, and that is $XBD (the broker/dealer index). If it busts above the highs shown via the horizontal line, the bears are in trouble. If we can get beneath Thursday's low……….it's the end of the world for our bullish friends. I'm counting on a break. Of course, since some investment banks are able to make statistically-impossible returns, one never knows.

This morning's wonderful, robust bounce has permitted me to expand my short portfolio from 55 positions to 100, as well as 7 ultra-short ETFs. Here's one of the items I shorted earlier today:

NASDAQ Look-Back
Back on the 7th, I did this post about a 5% pop and a subsequent drop.
This is playing out faster than I thought. There's still room for upside, but I have been aggressively shorting select issues all morning.
