The triple-bullish-on-real estate ETF shown below is looking pretty susceptible to a break. I don’t trade DRN directly, but I find it quite interesting to watch. I’m also drawn to the fact that, in spite of this ridiculous melt-up market, DRN ha been in a downdraft for over half a year now.

Zynga Closing in on Gap
I’ve been more-or-less bullish on Zynga for a while, but always with an asterisk, because it has had failed breakouts before. At a minimum, though, it seems well-positioned to close up its gap from way back in July 2012 (cold comfort to whoever paid $15.91 in March of last year, but still, it’s progress).
