So for the entirety of November……. December………. January……… February……… March……….April – – and, yes – now May – the market, in my professional, analytical opinion, hasn’t done dick. Over half a year of………nothing.
The reason, I believe, is that the market is in a state of equilibrium, pulled on the ONE side by the cold, hard fact that the global financial system is, in the long run, utterly and completely screwed, and on the OTHER side by the countless trillions of dollars, yens, and Euros that continue to be vomited into what used to be known as the free market.
