Well, the ES managed to make me jumpy again last night, with a brief bout of green, but mercifully it has once again been repelled from its trendline. Come ON, people, let’s get some serious downside action. I’m weary of waiting! How about a string of disastrous earnings this month? How’s that sound? It’s easier to gloat about those instead of, say, a terrorist attack.

My affection for Bob Ross has been mentioned on Slope many times (with this one post in particular going into some depth about the subject). He was gentle, loved animals, and had a rich kindness to his character. Thus, when I happened to see this new biography on the man just a few days ago, I wanted to share it with you.
