A Whole New World
There are only a handful of times in my life when I’ve been stunned by technology. One of them was in December 1979 when I had access to a personal computer, the Commodore PET. Another was when I went to see Pixar’s first movie, Toy Story, in a theatre. The most recent was this weekend, when my HTC VIVE – Virtual Reality System arrived.
I honestly expected to buy this, try it for a few hours, and return it. I was just curious since, due to my product House Safari, I am always on the looking for interesting new technologies that might have something to do with house hunting or real estate. When Google Earth VR was announced just a few weeks ago, I knew I wanted to try it.
