Google (AKA Alphabet) has lost literally hundreds of billions of dollars of shareholder value in the span of just a month. Talk of a monopoly breakup, to say nothing of their horrendous downtime yesterday, is weighing on this beast.
I suspect it’ll get some strength here, since the selling is overdone, but I also think, longer term, it’ll challenge that support level represented by that horizontal. This is going to be a fascinating battle over the next couple of years.
