Those who have lived with me in the past, whether it be college roommates or my own family, can attest that it’s a living nightmare I am very hung-up on order and tidiness. The same applies here on Slope.
Recently, I have been rearranging elements on Slope in order to make room for trading. For clarity’s sake, here are a few important changes: first, there is no “Blog” menu anymore. It is now called “Read“:

There are a couple of reasons for this. First, “Read” better captures the variety of items within the menu. Second, and vastly more important, I consider “blog” a bad word now. Yes, fifteen long years ago, Slope started off as a free blog I slapped together on a public platform. Today, even though my posts remain the most popular portion of the site, there is so much more to Slope than a blog, and I don’t even want to sully the place with the word anymore.
Another change is within SlopeCharts. The drawn objects palette now incorporates the Full Screen Icon (lower-left) and the Measuring Tool (right next to it).

There are countless other little changes going on to reshape Slope into a place in which there’s not a point to going anywhere else for traders. This is strictly in the testing phase at this point (as my many testers can affirm), but rest assured this is my principal focus for many weeks to come.
