I am very pleased to introduce Yet Another Great Feature onto my beloved Slope of Hope. Specifically, the power of generative AI for use directly with ticker symbols. You will now find a new entry under the Equities menu:
Using this page couldn’t be easier. Just type in a ticker and press the Enter key. That’s all there is to it. There are a variety of queries you can pose, and the first one, SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) is the one you’ll get by default.
Common symbols will usually produce very swift results, whereas more unusual symbols may take twenty to thirty seconds. Be patient while it does its work, and once it is done, it will present you a new window with the result.
At the bottom of this window are three self-explanatory buttons. Being able to print and save the information might be handy in case you are doing any kind of deep dive on the subject.
This new feature is exclusively for Platinum members, but we’ve made it so that everyone can try it out once just to see how it works. I hope you enjoy this terrific new addition to the site.
