Pfizer, which is part of just about the most evil sector in human exist (Big Pharma) and the beneficiary of infinite government largesse, is actually suffering, having lost nearly HALF their bloated market cap. It couldn’t happen to a nicer bunch of malignant criminals.
It’s been a while since I’ve posted so I thought I’d throw my 2 cents into the mix. We’ve had quite a year so far. The bulls snatched the ball in March and really haven’t let go since then. We’ve rallied quite hard on a) bets against the Fed raising rates much further and b) the belief that AI will lead us into a new utopian future (my own cynicism perhaps keeps me too grounded to let that thought run too far in my mind, however). And after 3 full months of nonstop bullgasm, we finally see a potential breather occurring. Looking at the indices:
Welcome to a new week, everyone. And since our overlords at the Federal Government haven’t created another holiday (like The High Holy Cabbage Festival) we actually get a full five days to trade! Thanks, fellers!
Looking at the small cap futures, it seems that we’ve got a nice steady selloff, which is pretty encouraging at first glance.
There are three improvements to our recently-introduced MetaSymbols feature I wanted to draw to your attention.
Speed
It’s way faster! We calculate all MetaSymbols on-the-fly, and we’ve drastically sped up this process so you can get to your chart faster.
Filter
Since this is a new feature, there aren’t too many symbols yet, but eventually there will be way more. In order to navigate these easier, you can type any text into the entry box to see only the MetaSymbols which contain that text.
Symbols
Finally, if you are curious what the component symbols are for any given MetaSymbol, just point to the symbol itself, and a small, scrollable window of the alphabetically-sorted components will appear.
