I’ve said it before, but I feel compelled to state it again: Dell Computer (DELL) is one of the cleanest head and shoulders reversal patterns I’ve ever seen. So much so, I’ve made it by far my biggest options position (June $130 puts).
The last time Dell topped out, which wasn’t nearly as large or clean a pattern, it was followed by a nice tumble. I’m obviously hoping for the same outcome here.
I know that the above is considered a successful company stock which is benefiting from AI mania, but as Susan Dell has irrevocably proved, astonishing transformations can take place.
