It’s hazardous to assume the initial reaction has any meaning, but at least it’s down! The /ES as of this moment has slipped a little into the red.
The /NQ is off a bit more heartily. I say again, this could all be green in 15 minutes for all I know. But this is the situation halfway between the announcement and the presser.
