I pop into /WSB on a fairly regular basis to see what the young lads who fancy themselves as traders are up to. This is a severely deluded bunch, for the most part, since they have grown up in a completely fanciful environment which I am certain is going to bankrupt 95% of them over the next few years.
Here’s just a taste of what is in there right now: this guy has lost persistently and is now betting “……..the last of my life savings……’ on……….short-dated way out-of-the-money Palantir calls.
I’ve tinted where the price of the stock has to be within the next 17 trading days for this guy to break even. My hunch? He’s going to zero out his account.
