One of the few consistent performers I’ve had lately is snack-maker Mondelez (MDLZ) which, unlike every other equity out there, has been drip, drip, dripping lower each day.

Longer-term, I’m in this due to the rejection from the major trendline failure.

It reminds me, in spirit at least, of Pepsi (PEP) which itself has a massive topping pattern and has been bleeding out lately. I guess whatever mania has seized the public hasn’t corrupted the world of snack foods with respect to equity buying.

Earlier today, I was seriously considering re-entering a short position in WingStop (WING).

When I punched in the order, though, I noticed the bid/ask spread was something like $2, and the volume was only a few tens of thousands of shares! It’s a shame, because it’s a really nice chart.
