With the ceaseless obsession over SpaceX, even the dregs of the rocket/space sector are getting attention. Until only about a week ago, Virgin Galactic looked like this, having lost virtually all of its value.
In recent days, however, some say simply due to people stupidly thinking SPCX was already public and mistyping it as SPCE, the shares of Virgin Galactic have gone of hundreds of percent within days, with the volume surging by thousands of percent.
We live in galactically stupid times.
