France and the Fed
As we commence one of the longest uninterrupted trading blocks of the year (eight solid weeks without any idiotic holidays!!!), week one promises to be interesting, with Powell lying to the House and Senate on Tuesday and Wednesday and the important CPI and PPI reports on Thursday and Friday. The highlight, I suppose, would be the fake CPI number pre-open on Thursday.

Meaningless Millions
When I was a kid, being a “millionaire” was a huge deal, and billionaires almost didn’t exist (I think there were maybe just a handful of them on the planet). These days, anyone with a pulse is a millionaire, thanks to the Fed’s ceaseless inflation. Here’s where they’re all hanging out………
