One of the hot sectors in recent months has been any stock that bears any resemblance to SpaceX. AST SpaceMobile has been a particularly big success story.

Hey, remember quantum computing? That was a sector that, last year, was getting a tremendous amount of hype, in spite of no products, no revenues, and certainly no profits. It’s heartening to see some sanity return to the world, as, one by one, these tickers get blown to pieces.

I have no ax to grind. On the contrary, if AI thrives, the Knight family is going to be spectacularly successful. So, if anything, my hope/wish is that AI does just dandy, thanks so much. As a chartist, though, I’ve got to tell ya – – any company these days having anything to do with hyperscaling looks to be in terrible trouble. I’m short most of these.
