One Low-Risk Play on a Bounce
I've taken on a large long position in DBC. Any general asset bounce and/or bounce in the EUR will benefit DBC, and at the same time, if things don't work out, the downside is quite modest. I only plan to ride this for about a $1 move.
General Adjustments
What I'm up to…..
+ Covering selected short positions whose risk/reward levels merit it;
+ Tighten up stops on those shorts that remain;
+ Went long large DIA;
+ Went long medium TBT (I know, I know);
+ Went short GLD and GDX and SLV when gold was doing its breakout thing
Basically I'm taking some profits and backing away in preparation for the bounce-that-never-seems-to-appear.
Ship Hitting the Fan
A couple weeks back, I did my Ship Happens post, suggesting DRYS as a short. I'm still short DRYS and GNK, and they're both working out great. I'm holding.
