A week ago, I shorted TSLA at a price just above $1140. This morning, we got a new price gap at 1022.43, which I gladly accept as a new level of resistance. I’m keeping the position.

Over the course of this year, we have hammered out a nice series of lower highs. This, coupled with the broken long-term trendline, is a winning one-two punch.

On an utterly different topic, GOLD once again did what it does best, which is disappointing its supports. It was up over $20 per ounce, and then puked it all away. Around the 1980 price level it seems to go limp. Pathetic. Just pathetic. In a rational world, gold would be worth twice what it is now.
