I am fully convinced – – especially considering some of the tales I heard over the course of this weekend – – that the tech giants are absolutely filled to the BRIM with:
- Twenty-somethings;
- From prestige schools;
- Who haven’t contributed a damn thing;
- But get huge salaries and benefits;
- And are about to find themselves without a job or any real prospects.
Among these, I think, is Facebook, which is in full-on meltdown mode. The beautiful truth here is that real economics DOES finally catch up to the poseurs. Thank GOD.
