In just two days, Bitcoin has blasted higher by about $10,000. Over the past fifteen months, BTC has gone from about $15,000 to four times that amount, and it’s actually getting within spitting distance of its lifetime high price of just under $70,000. The momentum is so tremendous, it has even reached Rainbow Escape Velocity, to coin a term.
The market has been in quite a stupor lately, but let’s catch up with a dozen indexes to see what’s what.
We begin with the NASDAQ Composite, which is roughly at the same level it was on February 12th. In other words, we haven’t had any meaningful change in 15 days. That may explain why you’re falling asleep at your keyboard. If we can repeat the failure of that wedge, however, things could get interesting in a hurry…………and that wedge is everywhere.
You saw the headlines, same as I did. This story was making the rounds like mad during the first half of the month.
The historical data was indisputable. On average, the second half of February was the worst half-month of the entire trading year.
