I’m going to take you to a very dark place that you’ve probably never heard about before. I hadn’t heard about it myself until Tuesday morning, and I knew instantly that I wanted to do a post about it. The ascending channel, in place for a full TWO YEARS now, has been unviolated. That is, until today. The lower trendline has been cracked, and I believe this may be a badly needed bit of good news for the long-suffering bears. The entire semi space appears to be toast at this point.
I’ve gone ahead and shorted AXON with a stop-loss price at $642. This channel is just irresistible.
Just to be clear how much we import from Mexico and Canada. It’s amusing that the #1 concern during the election was “inflation” and yet most of our imports are about to instantly go up 25% in price.
