Insana
Although I’ve written about Carvana many times, including the fact they were effectively founded by an ex-convict, I’ve never traded it until today. This thing has collapsed into near-worthlessness but, for reasons no one can quite explain, it has completely recovered. It isn’t a pattern. This isn’t based on anything rational. I just decided enough was enough, so I bought puts.

Since 2024 is Slope’s 20th Halloween, I’m confident that I’ve written, annual, twenty times in a row, that Halloween is the best holiday ever created. You don’t have to make any freakin’ meals. You don’t have to buy any damned presents. Your total budget is maybe $50 in candy, the stock market stays open, plus you get to dress up. It’s awesome.
