Here’s another jaw-dropper. What used to be normal (a household with a man, woman, and at least one kid) has now become freakish, whereas what used to be just plain sad (a person totally by themselves) is the norm!

Here’s a breakdown as to the median prices around the country. The non-shocker: West Virginia is the cheapest, and California is the most expensive.

After being the most wretched member of the semiconductor space, Intel has been rallying mightily lately. If it gets close to that gap, I’d say this represents an intriguing opportunity. For now, I wait.
