This is such a cool graphic: it shows, for specific dates, what the range was for the S&P on that day, from high to low. The historical winner is Black Monday, in which the opening bell was the high and it fell over 20% (Oh my GOD, those were the days!) Recently, however, we have a new honoree, which was just two days ago: from a 0.69% loss to a 10.01% winner.
Well, not really. Earnings season is going to heat up, and I think I heard something somewhere about political turmoil and tariffs. Still, scheduled economic events are going to dry up for most of the month.
