Precious metals had a terrific day, led by silver, which blasted to never-before-seen highs (nominally speaking).
Gold miners (GDX) are approaching their own lifetime highs.
As are the junior miners (GDXJ).
In turn, bearish-on-miners fund DUST reached a new lifetime low.
For me, my stake in precious is a huge PALL position, which had a respectable 2.22% gain for the shortened session, although it still has to work to do before really being “in the clear”.
It’s up to gold at this point. Below is GLD, and I’ve provided three horizontal lines of resistance. Knock these out of the way, one by one, and we can start the trek to $4,000, which I’m highly confident we’ll reach early in 2026.
