More substantively, as I stand here Sunday night, the markets are roiling. I’m not sure if it was Trump’s 50% boost to the tariffs he established only on Friday, or the Iran situation, or just a crazy-overvalued market ,but equities are down nearly 1% across the board (as of now, at least; you know how these things can turn).
The US dollar is continuing to slide versus the Yen (and the Euro, for that matter).
In turn, gold and silver are having a PAR-TAY, with gold up triple digits and silver up over 6%.
Most exciting of all, because I have a dark spot in my heart for all things crypto, Bitcoin is losing thousands just in the past few hours.
Thus, tomorrow should answer exciting questions such as – – will this sell-off actually stick? and – – is Slope a functioning website again? I can’t wait to find out the answers!
