As dynamic as the market seems right now, the /NQ has actually gone nowhere over the past twenty-four hours.
Indeed, some of the wilder stocks, such as Tesla, are definitely getting dizzy at these heights. In the middle of the night, for no specific reason, TSLA fell about $40, which is a double-digit percentage drop. I’d say recent buyers are getting understandably skittish. There are WAY too many stories over on /WSB about “I turned $400 into $270,000 in a week“. I’m not making this up.
Likewise, Bitcoin is redefining batshit crazy, as the /BTC futures got above $90,000 last night. In a matter of hours, we’ve turned a $5,000 U-Turn.
Silver decided to give me a nice scare last night, as it once again slid hard. Mercifully, this morning, it has shaken it off. Maybe someday folks will realize that silver, an ancient treasure that you can actually hold in your hand, might actually be worth considering compared to a bunch of 1s and 0s.
The jury is still decidedly out, however, as silver as some serious work to do to hammer out a strong base. Keep the faith!
