We’ve Cleaned Up Our Act!

I’m a neat freak. Felix Unger. OCD. Anal-retentive. A order nut. Call it what you will.

I like things to be clean, organized, and in their place. This is woven into Slope’s DNA, with one glaring exception: our intraday charts have always been littered with the kinds of data errors that have been part and parcel of the financial data industry since time began. Elon Musk Biography Review

Tesla, and Elon Musk, are no strangers to the Slope of Hope. I first wrote about Tesla over a decade ago in this post, in which I praised my new Model S (170,500 miles ago………) Just to prove I’m not an always-negative sourpuss, the last sentence I wrote in that lengthy review was “Elon has another winner on his hands.”, and God knows that was the case.

Keep in mind this book was written in 1997, almost a quarter century ago, so obviously it had no inkling of what was coming. I emphasize this because some “predictive” books are held up as being prescient, but the logic and comparisons are so tortured as to make it pointless. In sharp contrast, The Fourth Turning seems terrifyingly accurate.
