Well, Apple delighted shareholders after hours, with the stock up over 4%.
As the largest company on the planet, Apple has certainly helped out the QQQ after hours too, although not to that meaningful of a degree (green tint). Even with this explosive move on earth’s most expensive company, the recent downtrend is still intact.
The real question tomorrow is whether AAPL manages to push past the price gap at 214.48. It certainly seems poised to do so, as this after-hours bar suggests. But this chart is based on the regular hours session, so it’s the trading that actually takes place tomorrow which counts.
