Below is a chart of the semiconductor index, symbol $SOX, and what I suggest is a looming bout of weakness. Below this index I’ve provided four individual semi stocks that I think warrant close observation. My only position now is a whole ton of February SMH put options.

In a rare moment of enmity with stock buyers, allow me to suggest that Slack Technologies (WORK) may be forming a nice little bullish base, and a push above that price gap at 24.26 would be positive for the stock.

After I dumped my GLD calls this morning, I started to wonder who my next victim would be. My eyes landed on the Metals & Mining ETF, symbol XME, whose long-term chart sports a series of lovely reversals.
