Oh my GOD, Slopers. This is not how I wanted to start my day:
The rumors started flying. Did Slope not pay their bills? (Umm, no, I actually have paid our hosting fees for YEARS in advance!) It was an idiotic error on the part of our host provider relating to a database upgrade.
Of course, I had a mountain of emails from customers. And it proved, once again, what gems Slopers are. How many mad emails? None. How many pissy emails? None. How many supportive, concerned emails? All of them.
One chap even pledged to get a premium subscription once we were back up! I love you guys!
