Long-time Sloper and 5-star friend Baby Bear suggested that, instead of wringing my hands over waiting for silver to dip a little bit to get a good price (which may or may not ever happen), just ease into the position, a little at a time, and don’t worry about the rounding error.
Perhaps he’s right. Silver did ease back a little this week, but I’ve begun tiptoeing back into position just in case it doesn’t offer me the courtesy of a dip to buy into.
United Airlines (UAL) has had a huge move up lately, but I wanted to point out an important price gap that it is approaching. I may consider taking on a bearish bet for UAL if it gets any closer. The gap is highlighted in the chart.
I’ve been writing and talking over the last few months about the overall likely bull flag setups on Bitcoin (BTCUSD) and Solana (SOLUSD), and the bull flag resistance on Bitcoin was briefly broken a few days ago before the current modest retracement.
I was writing on Wednesday about the small H&S on Bitcoin, which didn’t make target and then failed yesterday on a break over the right shoulder high at 67.8k. That fail has a target at a retest of the October high at 69.5k.
(more…)Well, it finally happened. Tesla (TSLA) broke above its long-term resistance line. In addition, I think there are a makings of an inverted H&S pattern here, which is bullish. Since a certain someone in my life has a ton of this stock, I celebrate the news.
