This post has two purposes: to teach some folks something, and to get me some help. Most of you know that an important part of the Slope experience is to have an avatar: that is, a small picture that represents you in the comments stream. A few of you haven’t bothered picking an avatar, and this shows you how, and a few of started having trouble lately updating your avatar. If you don’t have an avatar, please follow these steps. If you DO have an avatar, I’d like you to try to update it with these steps so you can tell me the results.
First, go to the Profile page and, if you have an avatar, click on Remove to get rid of it.
