Half right, James. Today it’s the “inflationary component and driver of the economy, stupid”.

As the pre-election info wars start heating up with influencers, propagandists and morons on both sides of the aisle deploying their arsenals of bad information, it is time for this hidden little corner of the financial internet to weigh in. Because lying is bad, and ignorance, insofar as it misdirects the electorate, may be even worse.

Mr. Speaker? Please weigh in for us with some prime propaganda and/or flat out ignorance:

Two Terrific Features

If I wasn’t running Slope, but it was created by someone else, I would be a Platinum subscriber. By definition, it has everything I would want in such a site (and when I decide there’s something else I would like or need, I make it!)

There are a couple of features I enjoy every day which deserve more attention. The first is the Trader’s Diary, which I use religiously. You can learn about it here or actually use it here. My self-given grades show I’ve been reasonably not-too-disappointed in my performance lately. You really should give it a try, especially since everyone has free access. It’s a good habit.
