SPX closed the week five points under the weekly upper bollinger band, delivering a sixth straight week with a close near this level. The weekly upper BB is rising at about ten points per week so if this continues for a seventh week the likely closing range would be in the 1528 – 1534 area:

I decided today that I was, for the first time in my life, going to use a standing desk from now on. I spend an inordinant amount of my life sitting on my butt, and I think dozens of hours a week in that Aeron chair is just killing me. I don't know if I'm going to hate it, but I'm going to give standing a try.
However, I've got a ton of equipment (8 monitors, for one thing), so I wasn't quite sure how I was going
to pull this off. It just turns out that the beautiful Danish desk I've used for many, many years (this thing is huge) was able to lift up to just the right height. After a couple of hours of effort, I got everything off the, got everything very cleaned, and now need to tackle the horrific task of getting all the cabling back in place. I took a snapshot of the tangle of cables I have to deal with here.
