Birds of a Feather

This is a fascinating graphic of the debt-to-GDP ratio of countries around the world. The worst is, over course, Japan. The United States, however, is almost near the center of this debt hell. (As opposed to, say, Hong Kong, which has a debt to GDP ratio of a mere 1%). Does all this debt matter? So far, apparently not. But I still can’t accept that there is absolutely no consequence.
