I first noticed this phenomenon with the US Financial Sector. That is to say, an ostensibly bullish pattern which, at the last moment, went limp and flaccid and fell “out and to the right” of its former bullish setup. In other words, the pattern went soured and the prices said see-ya.
It is my most fervent wish to see this precisely event happen with the small caps.
We have, incidentally, already witnessed this happen with a variety of individual securities.
