I find this map absolutely engrossing. It shows the world 2,200 years ago, representing the general ways people lived and survived (and, in a couple of instances, large and well-established cultures). I’d love to take a time machine and explore many of these regions to see what daily life was like for people back then. As always, click on the image for a screen-filling version.

Oh, I guess there could be other reasons. Still, he’s the Chairman of the Board of OKLO, and it ain’t doin’ so great. I guess he’s more of a “raising billions from stupid investors” kind of guy instead of a “running a company successfully” kind of guy.
