Besides Bay Area real estate, the other market whose ascent I can applaud is precious metals. I’m delighted to see gold blast above $2600 for the first time, nothing yet another lifetime high.
Silver is nowhere near its lifetime high, but it is definitely trying hard to catch up with gold’s performance.
As more and more people realize that the U.S. dollar is toilet paper, and inflation takes hold again fiercely for years to come, precious metals are going to thrive like crazy.
